Self-described as "an American grille with flare" (referring, along with the restaurant's name, to the red and orange flames produced in the kitchen) with a range of beef, chicken, pork and seafood dishes. Some Cajun dishes in the mix. Buffet on Sundays for $13. Children's menu has six choices.
